Przemysław Sołtysiak
Przemysław worked for 10 years in one of the Big Four companies. Prior to that, he gained experience in law firms of attorneys and counselors.
He specializes primarily in corporate income tax, international tax law and transfer pricing, as well as certain topics in commercial law. His consulting work for international groups and local clients includes due diligence, tax reviews, business reorganizations and ongoing legal and tax advice.
Przemysław prepares opinions, comments and requests for tax interpretations. He also conducts training sessions for clients.
He is the author of scientific and press publications on tax law and commercial law.
Przemysław is a graduate of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Lodz, and of tax law and accounting at the Faculty of Law and Administration and Faculty of Management of the University of Lodz. He is a legal advisor at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Poznan and a tax advisor belonging to the National Chamber of Tax Advisors
