Privacy Policy
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Privacy protection and the security of personal data are important values to us. Therefore, we ensure that personal data are adequately protected and that the rules for our use of such data are transparent.
This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) implements the information obligations imposed on personal data controllers by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”) and Polish regulations issued pursuant to the GDPR, including the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018. The Controller maintains confidentiality and protects personal data against unauthorized access by third parties in accordance with the principles set out in the above-mentioned legal acts and in the Privacy Policy.

METHOD AND PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
- Providing personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide it may result in the inability to present an offer for tax advisory services or the provision of tax advisory services to the extent that the services cannot be provided without such personal data.
- Personal data are processed by the Controller for the following purposes and basis: 1) to conclude and implement the contract between you and the Controller and to serve you as the Controller’s client (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR), including, among other things, for the purpose of conducting correspondence and responding to your inquiries sent via the contact form or email, in particular to present the offer;
2) to fulfill the Controller’s legal obligations, including those arising from tax regulations, accounting regulations, and anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations, and for the analysis of conflicts of interest (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c of the GDPR); 3) to the extent necessary for the purposes of the Controller’s legitimate interests, which include ensuring the ability to pursue and defend against claims, marketing services, and ensuring IT security related to the website www.innsidetax.com (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR); 4) to recruit individuals interested in working or collaborating with the Controller (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c and Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR).
Personal data processed by the Administrator are not subject to profiling as one of the forms of automated personal data processing.
